Training & Consultancy

CPA believe that training and development should be an integral part of service delivery in the settings we work with. As a result our psychologists have developed and fine-tuned many training packages to use in their own settings. We have the ability to mix together practitioners from different disciplines in order to develop breadth and depth in our training packages. We share them between us, and ensure psychologists can develop resources in areas which interest them the most, and as a result we have many resources which are underpinned by an up to date evidence bases.

About CPA

CPA Founding Principles

CPA was established in 2004. It was created to offer vulnerable needs’ led service, whilst also allowing practitioners to apply psychology in a way that they were trained to.

This philosophy has been extended to include other disciplines within the multi-professional team we are proud to employ.

Our work is supported by research and evidence base from across the psychological disciplines and we are focused on proactive and early interventions to put the child’s voice at the centre of all early support.

CPA are ultimately driven by outcomes. We are not just delivering a service.
